Every day we ask ourselves new questions, looking for a new deffiniton of who we are.
Ona is a project based in Poblenou (Barcelona) that honors the natural essence of food, celebrating its inherent flavors through quality of produce rather than embellishment.
We have 6 seats and we serve a set menu (degustation) of 15-20 courses based on organic produce from the region of Cataluña, we forage, source and cook with the upmost respect for the land.
Ona is a step-by-step exploration of food, culture, and growth. It’s a grassroots project deeply rooted in supporting farmers and exploring the evolving culture of dining.

who are we..
I started my career in Australia in a very humble restaurant and have had the privilege to work in some of the most interesting and unique restaurants in the world.
Through working at restaurants that prioritize organic / regenerative agriculture, sustainability and essentially farm to table cooking, I have been able to form a unique perspective and understanding of produce and cooking.
At Ona I prioritize these values and aim to reflect this in the style of cooking, the story telling and dining experience.
I chose to begin the dining project in Barcelona (Poblenou) as the access and availability of ingredients is unparalleled in Europe as is community of like minded makers, artisans and crafts-people.
Ona is the first step on my own personal culinary adventure, A place to welcome and engage with the people I cook for.
